Governor "Pat" Jameson is the Governor of the State of Hawaii. She is the one who created the Five-0 task force which is ran by Steve McGarrett. After Steve's father was murdered by Victor Hesse. She offers him a job of running a task-force with all immunity and no red tape. She is also very old friends with Sarah Reeves the wife of the Ambassador to the Philippines. She was associated to Hiro Noshimuri, a top person in the yakuza. She was killed by Wo Fat with Steve McGarrett left unconscious at the scene to take the blame.

- It is heavily implied in Ke Kinohi that Pat and John McGarrett may have been romantically involved. Jameson also makes a call of making the John McGarrett murder a personal matter.
